Smooth and Creamy Peanut Butter Pie
Very good! My husband and I both loved it! But I made a couple changes per suggestions here. 8oz. cream cheese, and 1 c. regular sugar. And I made my own chocolate graham cracker crust.

Chocolate Ganache
Simple and yummy! I also brought the cream just to a boil and poured over the chocolate, let it sit for a minute and then whisked it.

Little Mickey's Favorite Cheesecake
This was really good, but not my favorite ever. But I think it's because I made a few changes to the recipe. Next time I'll follow the recipe (minus the cinnamon in the crust!) and I think it'll turn out perfectly! My husband loved it, though!
