Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken
The flavors are amazing. The cheese has a tendency to leak out, so make sure it is wrapped and secured well. I serve this at dinner parties with lightly buttered steamed broccoli and a salad - it has a lot of flavor, so I wouldn't add too much flavor on the veggie side dish.

Thai Chicken Burgers
Great recipe - very juicy burgers, and the sauce is really really good! I had extra thai peanut sauce in my fridge and added to the mix as well.

Shrimp Etouffee II
I couldn't bring myself to microwave shrimp, so I did everything in a pan. It was bland and I added a lot of spice. It still just tasted like cream of chicken soup with spices in it. I only gave it two stars because I ate a few servings because i didn't want to waste the shrimp.
