Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Made it this past weekend for a party and it was a HUGE hit--all gone!!! Followed recipe as written, thank you for sharing a wonderful & super easy recipe.

Patti's Mussels a la Mariniere
I followed the recipe to the T, added 1pd. of shrimp at the end, red pepper flakes to taste. OMG this was OUTSTANDING!! By the way, my hubby doesn't care for mussels by the end of the dinner he was singing a different tune, you make this any time you want honey!! LOL

German Apple Cake I
Thank you,thank you & thank you!!! My hubby ate half the cake in one sitting, so what does that tell you- HUM!!! Also a thank you to Naples--great glaze. I used 1 cup applesauce, 1c.brown & 1c. wht. sugar, 2 egg whts., and followed the recipe as written. I'll be making this often for my German Hubby.
