Pumpkin Brownies
These are so delicious! I even screwed up the recipe because I wasn't paying attention (added the flour after the chocolate and pumpkin, oops) and it STILL came out so delicious. Cut back on the butter by 1/3 also because I live at 5200 feet, and they were amazing.

Classic Waffles
These waffles came out perfect texture-wise. I admit I made some additions...cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice, and I replaced the butter with pumpkin puree, and they were awesome! They really don't need the butter!

Moist Apple Cake
delicious and moist. the glaze was very sweet and made way more than needed. i drizzled just a little over the cake and it was perfect.
