German Pancake with Buttermilk Sauce
loved it, used regular milk instead of buttermilk (what we had on hand) and tasted great!

Chocolate Pumpkin Cake
we added 25 oz pumpkin and put chocolate chips on the cupcakes before baking, they are good and look great when done!

Whole Wheat Honey Bread
this bread had a good texture, the only thing I changed was the shortening to butter. I think butter is always a better replacement to shortening.
