Corn Noodle Casserole

There was not near enough "sauce" in this dish. It was quite dry. It has the potential for a good dish, but it's a bit lacking.

Tumbleweeds

I made this with my 3 year old and she had a blast. The only thing I will do different next time is use semi-sweet chocolate morsels instead.

Jen's Heavenly Egg Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2007
I have always made egg salad with mayonaise and apple cider vinegar, but my husband requested a recipe with mustard. I think I might try it again but without the dijon mustard. It was too much bite for me!

Tarragon Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2007
This can be a very simple dish to make. I boil the chicken ahead of time and cut it. Then when I get home from work, I cook the noodles while I am mixing the other ingredients and pop it in the oven. It has a wonder flavor and my daughter loves noodles. I think the noodles give it a spin on the typical casserole. It has become a regular at my house.

Fabulous Football Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2006
I have made this recipe for years. My mom gave me this same recipe. It is addicting! I use 1/2 pound of regular sausage (a high quality brand) and 1/2 hot sausage. I find that to be a better taste than to go spicy on the Rotel. After its made, I put it in a crock pot on low to keep it warm. I think Fritos type chips are the best with this dip! Great for all kinds of parties. My husband likes it as a meal!

Cousin Cosmo's Greek Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2006
This dish was easy and fairly quick. I haven't cooked anything Greek before and this dish confirmed that I should do it again! It was very yummy. I wasn't sure how much cheese mix to put in the chicken. I wanted to make sure it had plenty of flavor in there. Turns out you only need a little bit. It is very flavorful. The only thing I would do differently next time is to maybe put half the amount of lemon juice in. Perhaps substitute the rest with water. The lemon was a little overpowering.
