Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes
Fabulous recipe! My girls loved them. I did layer with chopped onion as well and added more cheese than the recipe called for.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Excellent pancakes - my kids LOVE them! I do add a tsp of vanilla and let the batter sit for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
My family absolutely loves this recipe! Instead of Monterey Jack cheese, I use Mozza, White Cheddar and Provolone. It is fabulous!
