Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
I gave it four stars but with modifications it gets five. I didn't use the flour and I split the chicken breasts so that they cooked evenly. I'm a big fan of vinegar, especially balsamic, so I loved the tangy taste of the chicken and sauce. Next time I will make twice the amount of sauce because there just wasn't enough.
