Didn't like this so much. It seemed to have way too much of a soy sauce taste. I hate to be a negative one, but just didn't care for this too much.

Hands down - my family's favorite mexican (or any other) rice recipe!! My 11 year old already asked me to make it for his birthday which isn't until July. I've made it several times, and it comes out absolutely scrumptuous every time!! The only things I do different is I use canned tomatoes with green chili peppers instead of fresh tomatoes and canned, chopped jalapenos instead of fresh - yum!! Gotta double it though - one batch is never enough!!

This is soooooo FANTASTIC!! This recipe turns an average cut of meat into a delicacy!! Yum, Yum, Yum!!!!
