Spinach Quiche
I absolutely loved how easy this was! The changes I made were no crust, fresh spinach rather than frozen and instead of cheddar cheese I used pepper jack. AMAZING!

Misti's Chicken Marinade
This was extremely tasty! What I did was cut up chicken breast and soaked it in the marinade for about 6 hours...I used white wine vinegar as a replacement and threw in some lemon juice along with original ingredients.. To cook I heated a skillet and boiled the meat in all the liquid and then used left-over marinade to pour on rice. A FAVORITE!

Simply Divine Meat Loaf with Spinach
This was fantastic and it took me maybe 5 minuts to put together. Loved the cheese and spinnach inside!
