Jumbo 3-Chip Cookies
These were great! I made them for a dinner party & everyone loved them and I took them to work the next day & I received even more compliments. I added peanut butter morsels & a 1/8 teaspoon salt. They turned out perfect!!!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
This dip was amazing! Everyone loved it. I didn't really like the mozzarella sprinkled on top, it made it really hard to dip that first chip in. I'll probably omit next time, or mix it in. This was perfect though!

Chicken Piccata with Artichoke Hearts
This was great! The only reason I chose it was because I had the ingredients on hand. I made exactly how the recipe called for. My husband & I loved it!!
