Chicken Tortilla Soup V
I was looking for a restaurant-quality chicken tortilla soup and I think I finally found it! I doubled the chili powder and matched it with ancho chili pepper. I found that adding some chipotle peppers and liquid smoke gave the soup a very smokey-savory flavor. Great soup! We will be having this soup again for sure!

Bread and Butter Pickles II
Very very good! I marinated the cukes over night with the ice (like many others suggested) and rinsed salt off before adding them to the brine. I also added whole shallots and they turned out delicious! I will be enjoying these for months to come!
