Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
This recipe has become a regular in our house! Occasionally I use oil in place of the melted butter and it works just as well.

Chicken and Dumplings III
I make this quite often. My kids love it. I add some frozen peas/carrots and use chicken broth instead of water (if I have it). It's always a hit.

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops
This was wonderful. I followed the recipe exactly. I used Miller Lite beer and KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce. Used bone-in chops. Incredibly tender and juicy - the bone just fell off!! My 1 & 2 year olds loved it (which doesn't happen often). I'll be making this again soon!
