Slow Cooker Chops

decent recipe however definately need to add some spices for flavor. I used cream of chicken soup b/c that's all I had. I also seasoned the pork with onion powder, garlic powder, oregano in addition to salt and pepper. the meat was very tender and tasty. I add french style green beans for a half and hour at the end.

Pumpkin-Apple Muffins with Streusel Topping

Very tast and easy to make. I didn't have a muffin tin handy so I made it in a loaf pan. I had to bake it for an additional 15 minutes. i forgot the streusel topping and it was still delicious. i will definately keep this as a fall favorite!

Stuffed French Toast II

Very delicious and easy to make. Definately a good sunday morning breakfast. I made this in July so I had some fresh raspberries on hand which I added to the perserves. I think Next time I may use a little less cream cheese. But I will definately be adding this to me breakfast rotation.

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

delicious! I made them for new years party and they were a hit. they were so tender and the meat just fell right off the bone. they were even good heated up the next day. This is something i will definately be making again for parties.

Mini Pizzas

These were really good and a easy appetizer. I don't think pizza is a good name for them though. i couldn't find cocktail rye bread so I used pumpernickle and they were delicious.

Cabbage Rolls III

These rolls were pretty tasty. I made them for an octoberfest party and everyone seemed to like them. I added a little fresh dill to give it a little more flavor. I had a little trouble getting the inner leaves off in one piece. I will try to freeze them next time like someone else suggested.

Pork Chops with Stuffing

I only cooked my pork chops for 25 minutes and they were very dried out. Perhaps next time I may add a little water to the pan or maybe some milk to the soup to make it a little creamier. If I try it again

Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff

It was pretty good easy meal. i had to make some changes due to what I had on hand. I used lean ground beef and omitted the bouilion. I also added corn to kind of stretch the meal. I would definately try it again with the proper ingredients.

Creamy Spiced Coleslaw

This was a delicious and easy recipe! I made it for a bbq and it went so quickly. I didn't have any celery powder on hand so I used a chip dip seasoning powder that I had instead. I will definately keep this in my bbq rotation.
