My cooking triumphs
The most complicated dish that I have made is rosemary crusted rack of lamb.I made it last year when my husband and I closed on our first house.

Mashed Potato, Rutabaga, And Parsnip Casserole With Caramelized Onions

Cocktail Meatballs
They were pretty good. But they didn't go as quickly at my party as I thought they would.

Slow Cooker Chops
decent recipe however definately need to add some spices for flavor. I used cream of chicken soup b/c that's all I had. I also seasoned the pork with onion powder, garlic powder, oregano in addition to salt and pepper. the meat was very tender and tasty. I add french style green beans for a half and hour at the end.
