Spicy Black Bean Potato Salad
Absolutely wonderful recipe! I replaced the mayonnaise with 16 oz of fat-free mayonnaise and 16 oz of light sour cream - tasted great! There was no "low fat" flavor, just rich spicy salad.

I've never liked cranberry sauce because my family always used the canned kind, this is great!
