My favorite things to cook
I love to bake. I go through probably 20lbs of flour between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I also love to make soup because you can put anything you like into a pot and eventually it'll taste great!

Grilled Asparagus Salad
Absolutely perfect. I added a little garlic salt and pan fried the asparagus.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
I don't like almonds or dried cranberries and I'm not fond of sesame seeds....yet this salad is incredible. I can't eat enough of it. The ingredients are all just perfect together. I make it for dinner parties and everyone goes back for seconds.

Banana Pancakes I
I used buttermilk in place of regular milk and ran that through the blender with the bananas for a creamy mixture. I also added cinnamon and some chopped strawberries.
