Mmmmm, I know where I went wrong. I followed this recipe perfectly and the brittle never completely set. It was too sticky, gooey, and chewy, not crispy at all.

The cream cheese is the "secret weapon" to ensure that the banana bread stays very soft and moist. So very good!!!!! Instead of making a bread loaf, I made muffins to take to my son's preschool holiday party. I knew the muffins were a huge hit when most of the children passed up the store bought cookies and brownies for my homemade banana muffins!!!! Thanks 4 a great recipe!!!
