Flan de Coco (Coconut Flan)
Very good. I liked that it had a mix of evaporated and sweetened condensed milks. I did not add sugar to the egg mixture, agreeing that the caramel sauce would add enough sweetness.

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits
great recipe. have wanted a good biscuit recipe and this fits the bill.

Lemon Posset
Super easy and delicious. I added lemon zest and I would reduce the sugar next time. Too sweet. But otherwise - awesome!
