I am a native of New Mexico, though I moved away for many years. I lived in much of the South, new England, and even Sicily for several years. My family is my first passion, my Photography a close second. With a family of seven, including myself, cooking can be a challenge, in terms of making enough, keeping it affordable, and finding things everybody likes. So I am always looking for new ways to turn old standards into new favorites. Casseroles and crock pot dishes are popular at home, while exciting gormet treats are what i am known for at family gatherings.
