Asparagus with Sliced Almonds and Parmesan Cheese
Really fast and definitely easy! I followed others suggestions of boiling asparagus a couple of minutes before putting in a skillet and I shredded parmesan on after it had been plated. Also, I used pine nuts instead of almonds because I had them on hand. I love roasted asparagus and this was definitely a nice change. I will make again.

Curried Salmon Bake
Super easy!! I always try recipes as written the first time and adjust as needed the second time. The only thing I will do next time is add more curry paste as we prefer a little more 'kick'.

Asparagus and Cashews
Really great combination and flavor - only thing I will change is the amount of oil I start with as the dish turned out a little to oily for our taste
