Spicy Blue Cheese Hamburgers
Based on the previous reviews, I added some bread crumbs and a little mayo to this recipe as binders. Turned out well.

Creamy Mushroom Soup
This was good-I love mushrooms so I used a cup of shitakes and two cups of white mushrooms. Basic recipe is a little bland, but that's easy to correct with seasoning.

Spaghetti Squash I
I made this with chopped spinach, feta cheese, garlic and a little olive oil. Delicious. A large squash takes more like an hour to bake.
