Pumpkin Cheesecake
I'm not a big cheesecake or pumpkin pie fan but enjoyed the combination of flavors. My husband loves cheesecake but when asked commented that it was a bit dry. The sour cream topping was good but I think a powdered sugar/cream cheese/vanilla/whipped cream topping would be better.

Slow Cooker Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Thought the potatoes were bland. Minced garlic may have been better, I happened to have some extra sour cream and added it to the potatoes, helped a bit, but wish it had more flavor.

Maple Roast Turkey and Gravy
Prepared this recipe twice, the first time prepared as directed and the turkey browned too quickly. The second time I left the foil on the whole time and it browned beautifully. Both times the turkey and gravy tasted fantastic. Many comments on how juicy it was. I'll be using it again next Turkey time.
