Ginger Snap Cookies
These cookies are simply delicious! I iced mine with lemon icing (fresh lemon juice mixed with powdered sugar). The lemon flayor goes so well with ginger. I will definitely being making these again.

Angel's Pasta
I just finished eating this and my mouth is still full of the flavor! It is so delicious...full of flavor!! The only thing I added was a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese on my serving. YUM!

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II
These cookies are the best!! I love the cherry with the chocolate. I may try cutting up the cherries and mixing them into the dough to get cherry in every bite! I would still put the chocolate topping on the top of the cookie. They are simply delicious!!
