Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

SIMPLE & QUICK! Used twice the potatoes and twice the ham. Also added corn. Great as is but a good base for adding anything your gang enjoys.

Chocolate Ganache

If you want compliments, make this cake. I followed the recipe exactly and topped it with the chocolate ganache recipe on this site. It is not overly sweet and is wonderfully paired with vanilla frozen custard or ice cream. Could work for a upscale dinner party or a casual get together. Looks like you spent much more time on it than you did.

1-Pot, 3-Bean Chicken Stew

Not bad at all! I don't even like beans but trying to eat healthier.I added corn, skipped the wine, and kept the salt(I am a saltaholic). It doesn't get easier than this!

Morning Glory Muffins II

"These are the best muffins I've had!" was my husband's reaction to tasting these muffins. It didn't make 18 muffins though- only 12. Very moist muffin with a lot of texture. I also replaced 1/2 cup of flour with wheat flour which added a bit of flavor and I didn't use the dates.
