SIMPLE & QUICK! Used twice the potatoes and twice the ham. Also added corn. Great as is but a good base for adding anything your gang enjoys.

So easy, its scary! Followed directions exactly and it turned out great. Wonderful on the Too Much Chocolate Cake recipe.

If you want compliments, make this cake. I followed the recipe exactly and topped it with the chocolate ganache recipe on this site. It is not overly sweet and is wonderfully paired with vanilla frozen custard or ice cream. Could work for a upscale dinner party or a casual get together. Looks like you spent much more time on it than you did.
