Rachel's Wasabi Cocktail Sauce

just a hint Here is the sauce I use and it does not use ketchup: 1 1/2 tablespoons wasabi powder 2tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons sour cream 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1/2 tablespoon Tabasco sauce (or to taste) 1 green onion, white and part of green,finely minced salt and pepper Growing up in New England and having seafood and seafood sauces my whole life, I did not much like this sauce. I was a bit hesitant to use ketchup anyway, to me ketchup is cheap and not worthy of good seafood. Personal opinion, but sorry, I did not like this. Will not attempt again.

Cheese Frenchy Sandwiches

I am giving this one 5 stars because I don't want to be mean, and I left the sandwiches in the freezer for more than a month. But the taste was kind of stale and my boy would not finish his half. I had good hopes for this recipes as it was a different approach to a sandwich. I will try it again and only leave the sammies in there for a month or less.

Croque-Monsieur

OMG, this was delicious. My only critique would be to eat it right away, or it will 'gell' up on you and not be as good (as with any fried food). I added onions to this and sauted mushrooms in olive oil (evoo to all you chefs out there!). I have been out of the country for about 3 months so I haven't had a chance to make my sandwiches, and I made several on this site before my son and I left. This was the best out of three or four that we tried so it gets rated first! After I unpack...I will be back!!!! To rate more of course....

Sour Cream Cheese Casserole

Was good I guess. I am still not sure if I like the combinations of sour cream and canned soup...I am not really a casserole person, also. But if you like the ingred. in this, by all means try it. I just didn't care all that much for it. My little boy liked it a lot, so I will rate it 4 stars.

Dan's Favorite Chicken Sandwich

A 5 star sandwich! I love combination of ranch/bbq sauce together. This sandwich got me a second date with my lady friend, so thank you for your post! PS I also mashed the avocado as previous reviewer noted.

Cuban Midnight Sandwich
