No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
Excellent recipe! I used 1/2 cup of butter but the oats were staying dry and crumbly. So I added 2-3 tbsp water and cooked it for much longer following other reviews. I added about 1/4th cup peanut butter towards the end. This mixture was very tasty but felt oily and I might try reducing the butter and increasing the water a bit more.

Crepes
Wonderful recipe. I used milk and egg at room temperature. Serving suggestions: 1. Homemade chocolate syrup (cocoa powder, little heavy cream, milk, sugar, little cornstarch) + chopped fresh figs - YUM!! 2. Homemade chocolate syrup + sliced banana 3. Blueberry syrup as suggested by another reviewer (blueberries, sugar, cornstarch) + sliced strawberries 4. Homemade chocolate syrup + sliced strawberries 5. Or just maple syrup
