Banana Banana Bread
This was a FABULOUS recipe!!!
I took the advice of others, & used 1 cup of brown sugar, instead of just 3/4 cup. However, it made this bread a little tooooo sweet, & I am a sweet-addict, so for me to say it was too sweet...well, let's just say, it was TOO sweet! And, I only used 5 bananas.
I added a little over 1/2 cup of miniature chocolate chips to it too, & that added extra sweetness as well.
I, for one, didn't feel like it was "lacking" something, like so many others felt. It was GREAT! :)
I will DEFINITELY make this banana bread again!
