This was a BIG hit w/ everyone I shared it with!! I rated it 4 stars because it is reeeeeally hard to spread warm icing along the sides of this cake...I mean, HELLO?!?! How can you spread RUNNY icing?! I think the directions should've been different for this part. But other than that, it is FABULOUS!! :) You won't be disappointed you tried it!

I did not care for this recipe. My hubby LOVES muffins & sweets, but he ate one bite of these & made a face & wouldn't finish it ... They were SUPER sticky to the touch, chewy, & REEEEEALLY sweet...TOO sweet! I will NOT be making these ever again! Pretty big disappointment ... :(

This was a FABULOUS recipe!!! I took the advice of others, & used 1 cup of brown sugar, instead of just 3/4 cup. However, it made this bread a little tooooo sweet, & I am a sweet-addict, so for me to say it was too sweet...well, let's just say, it was TOO sweet! And, I only used 5 bananas. I added a little over 1/2 cup of miniature chocolate chips to it too, & that added extra sweetness as well. I, for one, didn't feel like it was "lacking" something, like so many others felt. It was GREAT! :) I will DEFINITELY make this banana bread again!
