This was fantastic! One other reviewer said to use a veggie peeler on the rinds and this work beautifully. I will make this again with out a doubt. Now I want to experiment and add strawberries or other fruit to it too. BTW I also used the Splenda granulated sugar substitute (not the packets) and it turned out great and lower calorie.

This was simple and tasted great! I melted 4 more ounces of chocolate after the cheesecake cooled completely and poured it on top and let it set in the fridge. It was hevenly! Thanks Brenda.

I served this cake to some girlfriends who came over for movie night. Between the four of us and taking leftovers to their husbands the whole thing was gone! This is the lightest most fabulous cake I have ever tasted. I did make a few substitutions. I used lemon cake mix like another re-viewer suggested. Also, because I love lemon so much I also substituted the vanilla sugar free pudding for lemon sugar free pudding in the frosting and I omitted the lemon extract. I already have a request from my girlfriend’s husband to make this for his birthday cake in two weeks. I will be making this cake for years to come. Great job LaDonna!
