Red Skinned Potato Salad

The only thing I changed was substituting half the recipe's mayo for chipotle mayo for some more spice... omg... perfect recipe. Try it. :)

Much better than recipes that call for egg and flour. Olive oil and pre-minced garlic is all you need and easier too. Absolutely delicious! I did use panko like other reviewers, but that's just my family's preference. EXCELLENT dish!

Ultimate Shrimp Scampi

I followed the recipe to the letter and it got rave reviews from all of my family, ranging from 24 to 50 years of age. Absolutely delicious! Will use again!

Meat Shell Potato Pie

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I also took other reviewers' advice and changed some things. I used Ritz and added the ketchup and brown sugar glaze to the top as well as the bottom. It got rave reviews. It was perfectly tender, buttery, sweet, and held together quite well. Thanks for this new staple recipe!
