Meat Shell Potato Pie
I followed the recipe except I used crushed butter crackers as one reviewer recommended and it was phenomenal! My husband was impressed. ;)

Brown Sugar Meatloaf
I also took other reviewers' advice and changed some things. I used Ritz and added the ketchup and brown sugar glaze to the top as well as the bottom. It got rave reviews. It was perfectly tender, buttery, sweet, and held together quite well. Thanks for this new staple recipe!
