Cranberry Orange Cookies
These turned out great! The only thing I did different was use more zest and did not include the nuts. I made them for a cookie exchange and really liked the results as well as the compliments!

Baked Dijon Salmon
I loved this my family however still prefers salmon drowned in butter- yuck. I thought the flavors were fantastic! I used honey mustard as well honey so it might be on the sweeter side.

Sugar Glazed Walnuts
I used pecans and baked them like another review suggested but I was very happy with the results!
