Caroline and Brian's Stuffed Mushrooms
My husband and I made this recipe and we plan to make it as an appetizer for our next get-together. My children loved it too! The only change we made was the type of sausage - we had ground sausage on hand so used that instead.

Quick Black Beans and Rice
I was looking for an alternative to the Lipton Rice Sides that I use to complement main dishes. This dish tasted wonderful and my family loved it too. It didn't take much longer and does not have all the additives. I used white instant rice and used minced garlic instead of garlic salt and added salt and pepper.

Sugar Coated Pecans
I made this recipe for the first time at Thanksgiving for my husband and two boys. It was gone in one day. At Christmas, I decided to take some to my in-laws. They couldn't believe that I made it! My mother-in-law asked me for the recipe for her next event - high praise from her!
