So after trying about 20 recipies i have to say this one was the best. It does seem complicated but it was so easy. I had to make over 200 of them for work. I am really picky when it comes to gingerbread cookies. I hate really stong ones. So i did this one and they were delicious they were soft and were not over powering. they had just enough flavor. I thought they were easy to make and all of our kids helped out. I recommend this one to anyone who has to make a good cookie. Mrs B.

we love this recipe i do bake the chicken though and other then that i like the different flavors and it is just different all together
