I made these as an appetizer at our Easter dinner. They disappeared! I chopped up some of our dinner ham and used an 8oz container of sharp cheddar spread and it tasted fantastic! Pretty simple to make and very easy to enjoy! Lots of taste and a great pastry! I might try this same pastry cup again, but with a different filling-just to change it up. Great recipe!
