Moist Carrot Cake
I decided to try this on a whim, to see what the tomato soup was like in it...
Problems:
1) The cake was way too dense.
2) Everyone at the table guessed that there was tomato in it, the flavor is too strong to be masked entirely.
3) The icing is cloyingly sweet.
It wasn't absolutely awful, but I certainly won't be making it again.
