I'm always inspired to cook when there is something new and different to cook. I always wanted to get recipes from a recipe book and try them out, but never really got around to it. I also was very lazy and enjoyed when people cooked for me, lol. Now, finding new things to cook is very interesting. Pasta dishes mostly. I also love dessert food. My mother's okra and shrip combo was always amazing. I also loved her stew with various meats and potatoes. She is also good at italian dishes. Trying something new and letting everyone know I really can cook. I don't think I have any cooking tragedies. Just placing the pot on the wrong burner and making the apartment full of smoke and steam.
