Apricot Glazed Pork Roast
We really liked this dish! I did a couple of changes though after reading others posts. I seasoned my pork with onion salt, pepper, salt, garlic powder and salt..then browned it on both sides with olive oil. I did 8 oz chicken broth in lieu of 10.5 of condensed chicken broth... and I sliced my oions instead of chopped. I also drizzled honey lightly over the pork roast.

Swiss Sherry Chicken
My husband says it was a 3 but I think it is a 4. I also used bread crumbs in lieu of Croutons. I also cooked at 350 for 45 mins. Thanks for the recipe!

Asparagus-Stuffed Chicken Breasts
This was very good but I changed somethings around due to lack of ingrediants. I used honey dijon mustard and added half a slice of pepperjack cheese to each breast. On top of that I added 2 pieces of asparagus. I rolled the chicken up and wrapped 2 slices of bacon around the breasts. Season with poultry seasoning and baked in oven at 375 for 30 min. Then broiled on low for 5 min to cook bacon more. I did not use the hollandaise sauce because of a picky husband. Very good though
