Monster hit!! We made it into a cold punch. It was supposed to be for the kids, but the adults added Vodka into their own drinks. The kids wondered why the punch dissappeared so fast. VERY easy to make. We added tiny clementine orange slices and sliced apples into the punch bowl. Looks like we'll be making this for every party.

Very moist and flavorful. Went great with Thanksgiving dinner. We made one bigger loaf and 2 smaller ones. They turned out well.

We tried this recipe substituting Broccoli for the Cauliflower. No one for Thanksgiving liked this. It seemed too heavy.
