Absolutely awesome rice...I did omit the last 2 tsp of oil as the bacon fat was enough. Plus I let my rice cool first so it wasn't mushy! This is the best rice dish ever...my husband hates peas but loves this!

This was awesome although I would line the pan with parchment paper because they do stick. I made apple (using my own homemade filling) and cherry ones. I baked them longer for about 40 minutes like another suggested and they were crispy and yummy. I can't wait to make them again and again!!!

This was an awesome recipe...my family loved it and it is nice to have the whole wheat flour!! Will definately make these again and again!
