Pineapple Horseradish Sauce

Got lots of complements both times I brought it. Couldn't find pineapple so went with peach preserves which worked just fine. Also, could only find the extra-hot horseradish, so only used 1/2 a bottle. Thanks for the recipe..so easy.

Excellent recipe. Next time I'm going to make sure and have horseradish sauce. It tastes that much like prime rib.

Butterscotch Bread Pudding

Loved the thigh wiggle comment, recipe was OK. It is hard to make bread pudding better than it already is. I was looking for caramel bread pudding like I had at a restuarant once and this wasn't it.

Baked Omelet

Much preferred this to the overnight egg cassarole with the bread. It can be varied easily according to the likes, dislikes of whatever crowd you are cooking for (or whatever leftovers you want to add).

Caramel Pound Cake

Excellent cake, caramel frosting was only OK which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It turned out OK, but I think that if you don't caramalize the sugar (like my mama does) is always seems just a little grainy.

Roasted Vegetable and Beef Stew

Great recipe, I used fresh herbs as suggested, also used eggplant and zucchini as well as potatos and bellpepper as that was my family's preference.
