Pierogi (Polish Dumplings)
I have been trying to duplicate the ones made by a friends grandmother and these are by far the best! You have made my husband very happy! I make a big batch, freeze some on a baking sheet and then bag them up for later use. Boil them from frozen state and perfect!!

Tangy Tuna
I did not like this, even though I love onions and tuna. And BTW tuna is meat

Cajun Rice Dish
I made this for supper last night and it was a big hit! Hubby had 3rds!! I used frozen mixed vegetables and added 1/2 a can of tomato paste (because I had no broth). Deee-lish!
