Just sliced my first loaf and it is delicious! The texture is wonderful and it was so easy to make using my KitchenAid mixer. I highly recommend this bread.

Wonderful! The only changes I would consider would be to increase the amount of vegetables, add the spinach shortly before the cooking is complete, and increase the amount of sauce. I did find that I needed a little more flour to coat the chicken. I will definitely make this again and again. Thank you!
