Quiche Lorraine II
I think there is too much liquid in this recipe, so maybe reduce cheese or milk. Mine didn't firm up either. Didn't have the crust problem, but I did hand make my own crust.

Honey Butter Yule Ham
Not salty, great tasting. Omitted optional cloves and cut down on butter like previous reviewer suggested. Mine was starting to burn on the top corner 2/3 of the time through, so maybe to cook time can be shortened...

Farfalle with Ham and Peas
I substituted frozen peas for canned ones and it worked fine. I thought this recipe was good, although if you happened to get a scoop of just pasta without meat or peas the pasta tasted a bit bland. My husband really like it though.
