No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

This got rave reviews from the peanut butter lovers in my family. Some preferred it frozen, others refrigerated, but all loved it.

Southwestern Black Bean Stew

This was so good and easy. I added some green pepper and I cooked the whole thing in a pot on the stove. This worked perfectly.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

These are excellent! I used cinnamon chips instead of chocolate chips-just for a break from chocolate. Very moist and chewy.

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

This was incredible! I'm not a big banana fan, but this was wonderful. I baked it in an 8X8 pan, per other suggestions, and used milk chocolate chips - because I don't like semi-sweet.

Country Chicken Casserole

This was ok. It was easy and tasted fine, if a little bland, with the exception of the overwhelming onions. Will try again with added spices and less onions.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Excellent, easy recipe. The only thing I changed is to let the dought rise 1/2 hour instead of 5 minutes.

This is an excellent recipe if you want something easy that tastes like you cooked all day. It is also very good the next day as leftovers. The only things I changed are that I added some different spices that meet our family's tastes and I brushed egg whites on the top crust.
