Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
The perfect kick off to the fall season! I have made this bread a few times and it's a no fail, wonderful autumn or holiday bread. I didn't change a thing except the size of the loaf pans. I used 2 larger pans and baked them a little longer. Next time I'll try the healthier version made with apple sauce. Thanks for the great recipe.
