Oatmeal Raisin Cookies VI
These were great! I made a few alterations such as adding some chocolate chips, some cardamom for a little spice and a little less than 3 cups of oats. Overall, a great recipe and really easy!

Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake
be careful if you're using a bunt pan. My filling stuck to the top and broke when I tried to get it out even though I greased the pan well before.

Texas Sheet Cake V
This cake was really moist and flavourful. Probably needs somewhere close to 30-40 mins rather than the suggested time of 20 mins. I tweeked the icing recipe a bit by using less cocoa and adding bakers chocolate squares...turned out great!
