Yummy and easy! We actually wanted MORE milk in the pan! This Samoan dish is supposed to be wet and sticky. That's why it's so good. Great recipe.

Surprisingly good. It came out better dredging the onions in flour before dipping it in the pancake batter. Yum!

Mmm Mmm Good! This cake is absolutely wonderful. The batter is just perfect. Like another reviewer, I used a bit of lemon flavor. I also used a tube pan, only putting plums in the pan and placing blueberries around the plate after the cake was done. The recipe really needs no modification unless you want the lemon flavor. Great recipe.
