Curried Coconut Chicken
this was excellent!! everyone in the family loved it. I doubled the curry like many suggested, used about half the tomato sauce, added hot pepper flakes, and served it over jasmine rice. Also, I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and added the curry to the oil to create a past before I added the onions and garlic. Will definitely make this again!! Thanks for the recipe :)
